Helios Air is a private aviation broker. We source and coordinate flights on your behalf using FAA-certified Part 135 operators. You share your trip details, we present vetted aircraft options, and once you approve, we handle everything — contracts, logistics, and ground coordination.
We can often arrange flights with as little as 4–6 hours notice, depending on availability and routing. For peak travel periods, holidays, or complex multi-leg itineraries, earlier booking is always recommended to secure your preferred aircraft.
Your Helios quote is all-inclusive: aircraft, crew, fuel, landing fees, and standard ground handling. Any additional services — catering, ground transportation, and de-icing — are clearly itemized separately and are not included in the charter price.
